Beach Haven Beach Patrol also announced earlier this morning that swimming is prohibited.

The alert came in from the Beach Haven Emergency Management system at 9:10 a.m. that stated:

Beach Haven Lifeguards are advising the ocean is extremely dangerous today.  Swimming is prohibited.  Please stay out of the water.

With the last week of summer in full swing, it's a great time to enjoy some off beach activities, like the waterpark, arcade, mini golf, shopping and eating.
