Red Bank Catholic Goalie Stops 36 Attempts as Rams Lose 3-1 in Ice Hockey Action

RED BANK, NJ - Southern lost a tough contest on Wednesday night against Red Bank Catholic by a score of 3-1.  The Rams outshot their opponent 37-13 but Ciaran McNellis made 36 saves for the Caseys.   

Matt Tringola’s breakaway goal gave RBC a 1-0 lead at the end of one period.  Logan Gallagher’s power play goal made it a 2-0 Caseys lead at the end of two.  Jack Conrad got the Rams scored for the Rams in the third period.

Southern's record dropped to 2-1-1 on the season.
