BARNEGAT - New York based developer Extell Development Company is having a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Thursday, September 20 at 11:00 a.m.
This development has been a long time in planning and startup. The company plans to unveil the first phase of the project. Barnegat Mayor Frank Caputo will participate.
This first phase of Barnegat 67, which is a new ground-up residential and retail complex in Barnegat. Offering a new destination to live, shop and dine, the ceremony will celebrate the launch of residential leasing at Barnegat 67, as well as the grand opening of the complex’s first retail store, Dollar Tree. The first model residence will also be unveiled and open for tours.
Boasting over 13-acres, Extell’s highly anticipated complex will feature 151 carefully crafted rental apartments for tenants ages 55+, in addition to 20,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor rooftop amenities. Barnegat 67 will also serve as a new dining and shopping destination for both residents and Barnegat locals with 100,000 square feet of retail space and an expansive outdoor public plaza.
Moshe Botnick from Extell Development Company will provide welcome remarks, followed by remarks from Barnegat Major Frank Caputo.
