MULLICA HILL, NJ - The Southern Regional Girls Lacrosse team had to travel to play a strong Clearview Regional team on Wednesday in the NJSIAA South Jersey Group IV tournament.  

Kasey Diodati scored four goals to lead Clearview to a 17-5 victory against the Rams.  
Talia Bouzakis and Dani Paterno also chipped in with  three goals apiece for Clearview.  Clearview advances to the quarterfinals on Monday. 

Southern was paced by Abbey Yannacone's two goals and two assists.  Zoe Sparks, Nicole Andriaini and Kelly Fontana also scored for the Rams.

Coach Lori Johnson said  "Clearview is a very good team.   Our gilrs played some really good defense today. As a whole we did some nice things.  This was the last game for our seniors in a Southern uniform (see photo).  We will get back at it to get ready for next year."

The Rams finished the season with a solid 10-7 overall record.  The squad was 8-4 in Shore Conference Class A South action.
