STAFFORD - Maitland Demand had a goal and an assist to lift Southern to a 3-0 win over Central Regional in Manahawkin on Friday afternoon.  Erika Barbera and Samantha Minafo each scored for Southern. Emma Wilhelm and Kait Conroy each had an assist in the win.

Emily Hoagland made 17 saves for Central Regional.

Southern's record this season under the leadership of Coach Jenna Lombardo is 11-1.  They are 8-0 in Shore Conference Class A South.  Southern's next contest is Monday at Toms River South.
