PHILLIPSBURG, NJ - The powerful Southern Regional Wrestling team took on a strong opponent on Saturday evening by traveling to Phillipsburg to take on the perennially powerful Stateliners.  The Rams lost a tight contest by a score of 29-25.  

Robert Woodcock pinned Kyle Tino (132 lbs), Vin Meile pinned Shamyr Brodders (195 lbs), JT Cornelius (220 lbs) pinned Gage Horvath and Matt Mackinic pinned Patrick Sharp (285 lbs).   

Southern dropped only their second contest of the season.  Their overall record is 15-2.
