Stafford Police Arrest Two Area Residents for Heroin Possession


STAFFORD, NJ - The Stafford Township Police arrested two area residents and charged them with heroin possession after a motor-vehicle stop on Thursday, January 19.  

Stafford police pulled over a vehicle in the parking lot of the Stafford Park Apartment Complex for a minor violation, around 11 p.m. .

While investigating the vehicle, police found the driver, Nicole Cesario, 32, of Manahawkin, and passenger Eric Emde, 37, of Forked River, in possession of heroin.  Cesario also was charged with a number of motor vehicle violations, and Emde was charged with possession of alcohol in a motor vehicle, police said.

Both were released pending a court date.
