STAFFORD- Are your children interested in a different type of summer camp?  Does your child show an interest in law enforcement?  If so, this may be the summer experience for your child.

The Stafford Police Department is offering an innovative option for area youth entering grades six and seven this fall.

The Academy will run from June 25-29, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m and will be held at the Stafford Township Police Headquarters. The Department reports that the Academy is not a "boot camp" for troubled youth, but a camp designed to operate like an actual police academy for those interested in law enforcement.
