"Surf the Sidewalk"in Surf City Opens Up Saturday

SURF CITY - The newly formed Surf City Business Cooperative will kick off a special event that will be held throughout the summer called “Surf The Sidewalk."  The initial event will be this Saturday June 17.

The cooperative will hold the event every Friday through December. The group seeks to promote and stimulate tourism and commerce in Surf City.  The group has great pride owning a business in Surf City and the group seeks to highlight the many great businesses in Surf City. 

In the first cooperative on Friday, the following businesses are expected to participate.

  • Boulevard Clams
  • Cathleen Englesen Historical Artist
  • Firefly Gallery
  • Good Life Boutique

  • Solace Studio and Gallery
  • Surf City 5 and 10
  • SwellColors Glass Studio
  • Wally's
