STAFFORD - The Stafford Township Arts Center has recently announced the fall and winter season. The programs are family friendly, including 60's and 70's music featuring the local band Facedown and many special guest singers and dancers.
Ater the 60's they go back to the 50's with "Doo Wop Extravaganza II." This event features Vito Picone and the Elegants, Joey D and the Rockin' Oldies and RB Express. We will have the Color Guard, Missing Man Table, and a salute to all of the Armed Services. The night is dedicated to Veterans and a portion of the proceeds will be donated to Vietnam Veterans of America.
The Maximilian Foundation will present, "Magical Max's Night of Illusions," a night of family friendly magic and illusions for all ages.
The end of October includes Jim Barone in "A Tribute to Elvis from Memphis to Vegas". Barone has been described as a " a great voice and and wonderful tribute to the king!"
At the beginning of the holiday season Our Gang Players returns to STAC performing "Miracle on 34th Street."
The Atlantic Pops will be presenting "A Holiday Music Celebration" All of your favorite melodies from the season, stage and screen will be presented with special guest vocalist Toni Ann, whose credits include "Molly" from the film version of Annie. There will also be guest dancers to delight old and young alike, ushering in the holiday season in such a festive and exciting atmosphere.
