Trident Fitness and Performance Center Hosting Health and Wellness Expo on Saturday to Benefit David's Dream and Believe Cancer Foundation


EAGLESWOOD - Trident Fitness and Performance Center on Route 9 in Eagleswood is holding a community event at their new center.  The Health & Wellness Expo is on Saturday June 23 form 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. .The public is invited to join Trident in this donation-based, family-friendly event to benefit NJ families battling a cancer diagnosis.

The Trident coaches will run 30 minute training sessions from 10 a.m. to noon while health service organization and members will be onsite sharing knowledge that benefit the mind, body & soul. At 12:30 pm the gym floor will open up for many activities.
