Stafford Recreation Presents Consumer Fraud and Scams: Protect Yourself

STAFFORD - The Stafford Township Recreation Department is presenting a training titled: Consumer Fraud and Scams, How to Protect Yourself. 

Americans, especially Senior Citizens, are swindled out of billions of dollars each year by ever-changing scams and fraudulent schemes. ANYONE can be a victim!

Join the Stafford Recreation Department on Friday, November 8 at 10 a.m. at the Bay Avenue Community Center, 775 East Bay Avenue, Manahawkin.  Ocean County Consumer Affairs Senior Investigator Brian Hagal will train on how to recognize these fraudulent schemes and protect people from being victimized. 

Registration is required. To register for the program, please call Deb Budesa at 609-597-1000 x 8583 by Wednesday, November 6.
