The Southern Ocean County Chamber of Commerce presents some favorite picks featuring Easter Weekend happenings along with member restaurant brunch and dinner offerings.

Saturday April 20 offers something for all ages to enjoy beginning with a traditional favorite, Easter Egg Hunt hosted by Holy Trinity Lutheran Church at 5800 Long Beach Blvd in Brant Beach.

Spend the Day at 9th & Bay with the Easter Bunny at Schooner's Wharf and Bay Village and get ready to welcome the start of the season.

Many shops will be open with their newest merchandise to welcome you into the 2019 season.

This kid friendly event gives plenty of reason to enjoy the day. Photo opps with the bunny will begin at 1 p.m.

On April 20, the Surflight Theatre's Show Place Ice Cream Parlour hosts Tea & Songs with the Easter Bunny at 11a.m.

Tickets are $15 and can be purchased through Surflight Box Office or online at www.surflight.org.

Children of all ages can enjoy tea and sweets with the Easter Bunny, a magical princess, and their entertaining friends.

This interactive day will include songs, dancing and fun.

To continue the day with children events, a performance of Alexander and the Terrible Horrible Day Musical will take place at 1 p.m. in the Surflight Theatre.

A special $25 combined ticket is available to include the Easter Tea or $12 for the play alone.

All proceeds benefit Surflight Theatre's Education Programs and Children's Miracle Network Hospitals.

Fantasy Island hosts their Online and at Arcade Counter Spring Half Price Sale for the rides in time to fill Easter Baskets.

Restaurants ready to serve a memorable Easter feast include The Gables, Engleside Inn, Delaware Oyster House, The Plantation, Shore Fire Grille and Buckalews.
