STAFFORD - The Southern Football Parent Association and parents of the Class of 2018 are holding a fundraiser on Saturday, February 16 at the Stafford Fire House for the Levine family. The Levine family fundraiser is taking place to help Maryann, Greg, Sarah, and Michael Levine.
Maryann and Greg were recently involved in a traumatic car accident. Greg sustained significant back injuries which exacerbated a prior back injury and surgery. Maryann is in the Intensive Care Unit having sustained life altering injuries. She suffered a collapsed lung, multiple broken ribs, spinal fractures, and sadly Maryann suffered a devastating traumatic injury which resulted in a bilateral amputation of both legs.
All proceeds from the event are going to the Levine family. The sponsors of the fundraiser are expressing thanks in advance for their donations and support by attending the meal.
Businesses that donate will be recognized on the day of the event. John Kaszuba, Maureen Westpy and Amy Otte are playing leadership roles in the benefit.
The cost for the pasta dinner is a $25.00 donation. This donation includes dinner, entertaiment by the band Off The Hook and door prize tickets.
The food is being donated by PIetro's Itallian Restaurant and Pizzeria on East Bay Avenue in Manahawkin. The meal includes spaghetti, salad, bread, drink and dessert.
