STAFFORD - Republican Greg Myhre will be the next mayor of Stafford Township. Myrhe and his entire Republican ticket was victorious over the Democratic party challengers led by Stafford businessman Joe Mangino.

The unofficial results are Myhre with 5,377 votes (57%) and Joe Mangino finishing in second with 4,060 votes (43%)

"This is the result of a tremendous amount of hard work that started back in January," said Myrhe.  "We were able to bring it home.  We are so happy and could not have done it without our team, our wives, people we know and lots of great volunteers.  There was tremendous community support and great team effort."

The entire Republican slate of candidates join Myhre in gaining the victory.  The top six vote-getters won the council victory.
