Arbor Day Recently Celebrated in Stafford Township

STAFFORD - On April 27, 2018 Stafford Township celebrated 29 years of having achieved the designation as a tree city from the National Arbor Day Society. 

Stafford’s Arbor Day celebration is one of the largest in the state bringing together the schools, the township and the community to raise awareness of environmental issues. The Mayor and the Council congratulate all participants and winners in this event.

The township also would like all the generous sponsors and the environmental commission for making this a great event. The Stafford Township School District, Southern Regional School District, All Saints Regional School and Lighthouse Christian Academy all participated in the event.

The Mayor and Council of Stafford Township are aware of the need to protect the environment. The leadership's goal is to preserve the excellent quality of life enjoyed by Stafford residents by protecting the environment.
