TOMS RIVER  - A Stafford Township man was arrested Wednesday for his alleged role in a drug-induced death, the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office announced.

The Prosecutor's Office announced that Jobe M. Bizzarro, 27, of Stafford Township was charged after an investigation of the death of Steven Large, 56, of Beachwood. Bizzarro was accused of selling heroin to the victim.

The Ocean County Major Crimes Unit determined that Bizzarro sold heroin to Large on the evening of Dec. 5, the prosecutor said. Toxicology reports revealed heroin and fentanyl in Large's system, the prosecutor said.

Bizzarro was charged with strict liability drug-induced death, distributing or dispensing heroin and fentanyl, and possession of a controlled dangerous substance. He was being held in the \Ocean County jail pending a detention hearing.
