WARETOWN - A Waretown man was charged Tuesday with possessing and distributing child pornography. Michael D'Elia, 40, had over 1,000 images of child pornography on devices in his home, according to the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office.
After a four month investigation by the Prosecutors Office the Waretown man's address was the site of the distribution of child pornography over the internet. Authorities executed a search warrant in D'Elia's home Tuesday morning, according to the OCPO.
