SHIP BOTTOM, NJ - Three 19 year old men were arrested early Tuesday morning for vandalizing unlocked automobiles in Ship Bottom.  The men committed numerous car burglaries and thefts in the borough.

BRANT BEACH -  The Long Beach Township Board of Commissioners recently announced that Officer Brendan Kerlin was promoted to Sergeant.  Brendan began his career as a summer officer in the Township from 2002-2005.  Brendan began his fulltime employment as a Long Beach Township Officer in 2005.

 

SUV Strikes The Side Of Calloway's Restaurant In Eagleswood: Two Die, Two Injured

STAFFORDVILLE, N.J.- Two people are dead and another is seriously injured after a crash in Eagleswood Township around 3:30 p.m. Wednesday.  The accident took place on Route 9 in the Staffordville section of Eagleswood. Police report that the the driver lost control, hit utility poles, and then crashed into the side of Calloways's restaurant.

Man Driving Stolen Motorcycle Arrested After Crashing into Stafford Police Car

STAFFORD - On Tuesday, August 8, 2017 around 1 a.m. Thomas Walton from Eastampton NJ ignored the emergency lights of Stafford Police on his 2006 Honda CBR motorcycle.  The man continued to flee the emergency lights of Stafford Officer Chris Smith and accelerated his speed westbound on Route 72 for about three miles.

Ocean County Prescription Take Back Day Scheduled for August 1 at Southern Service Center in Manahawkin
