LONG BEACH TOWNSHIP - Tuesday, August 6 was the National Night Out that is celebrated each year. National Night Out takes place all around the nation and is a community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnership.
National Night Out's goal is to enhance the relationships between neighbors and law enforcement while bringing back a true sense of community. It also is a great way to bring police and neighbors together under positive circumstances.
It was a great night at the Manahawkin Lake Park where Stafford Township Police and Stafford PBA celebrated with the Stafford community.

As evidenced from the pictures, it was a great time. A great amount of hard work by the local police officers was so evident. A special thank you must go to all the businesses and individuals who made donations for the event.
