BARNEGAT - The Ocean County Prosecutor's Office Strike Force, Ocean County SWAT Team and other municipal police departments arrested four people from Ocean County, including three from Barnegat on Tuesday, January 15.
They were arrested for possessing and distributing drugs, including heroin and cocaine,.
The SWAT Team raided the home of Ronald Lawrence and Denisha Nash at 465 North Main Street in Barnegat. The Ocean County Prosecutor's Office announced that detectives found1,250 glassine envelopes of heroin and about 20 grams of cocaine, the prosecutor said.
The Prosecutor announced the following arrests:
- Ronald Lawrence, 30, of Barnegat.
- Denisha Nash, 30, of Barnegat.
- Carol Ann Budinski, 36, of Toms River.
- Leashan Coleman, 29, of Barnegat.
Lawrence and Nash were arrested at their home on 465 Main St. Large amounts of cocaine were found later in Budinski's vehicle during a traffic stop, according to the prosecutor. Detectives identified Coleman as a co-conspirator in trafficking the drugs, the prosecutor said.
Lawrence is in Ocean County Jail pending a detention hearing. Nash, Budinski and Coleman were released pending a future court date.
