Unfortunately, Surf City (and LBI as a whole) is not immune to crime, as vigilant as we are. Please take precautions to protect your property, your home, and yourselves. Lock your homes and vehicles whenever you leave; even if your vehicles are on your property, secure them! Do not leave valuables in your vehicle; if you can’t remove valuables, move them out of sight (i.e. in the trunk, under the seats, etc.).
