Q: We are all aware inventory is extremely low at this time. How do you prepare your buyer's in today's market when trying to purchase a home?
A: I make sure my buyer has been pre-approved with a local lender. If they do not have a local lender, I work with experts in the area that I can recommend to guide them through the mortgage process.

Q: Speaking of low inventory, do you recommend seller's trying to sell on their own with buyer demand being so high?
A: Absolutely NOT. There is too much that goes into a transaction and a seller could be leaving money on the table by choosing not to use a licensed Real Estate professional. Studies have shown, homes sell for MORE money when using a Realtor.

Q: Do you have a website to search properties for sale?
A: Yes, I can also sign you up for daily listing alerts with your specific search criteria. Facebook and Instagram are updated daily with new properties, follow Marion Romano Realtor.

Q: Are you still following all precautions and safety measures pertaining to COVID?
A: YES! I ensure the safety of my clients, myself, the other agent and their clients at ALL times.

Q: Are you open to work new clients, both buyers and sellers?
A: Always! I am never too busy for calls, texts and/or emails.

Q: How does one get ahold of you?
A: Best way to reach me is my cell, 201-394-6320 or feel free to send me an email,
