TOMS RIVER - The Southern Regional Girls Golf team defeated Toms River North and Toms River East on Tuesday.

The Rams season record stands at 18-0.  The victory clinched the Class A South championship for Southern.

STAFFORD - The Southern Regional Softball team defeated Washington Township 5-3 Tuesday in an opening round contest in NJSIAA Tournament, South Jersey, Group 4 section.

STAFFORD - Southern Regional defeated Barnegat 8-2 on Monday afternoon in a Shore Conference Tournament contest at Southern. The Rams are seeded #14 and Barnegat #19.

MIDDLETOWN - The Southern Rams fell to CBA in the quarterfinals of the Shore Conference Tournament on Thursday afternoon 8-3.
