STAFFORD AND LONG BEACH ISLAND - Tropical Storm Jose is expected to have an impact on the Stafford-LBI area.  Jose formed halfway between Africa and the Caribbean the day after Labor Day. STAFFORD - The National Weather issued a severe thunderstorm watch for this afternoon until 9 p.m.  The report was issued at 2:28 p.m.  The watch includes Stafford and LBI, 16 counties in Central New Jersey.
