WESTFIELD, NJ - Junior Jackson Rind buried three shots from beyond the arc en route to a career-high 17 points as the Summit High School Boys Varsity Basketball Team earned an impressive road win at Westfield, 59-40. The victory ups the Hilltoppers' season record to 10-3.

Rind's treys were part of a nine three-ball barrage that included five rainbows from Rind's classmates Will Hellings (3) and Eric Baier (2), with senior captain Jackson Tyler draining the other triple. Baier's 15 and Hellings' 13 points were the bango and bongo to Rind's bingo that formed a bingo-bango-bongo, 45-point performance that was junior-size in class name only.

The Maroon and White were actually trailing 25-22 before overwhelming the home team with a 37-15 second half that included a 17-4 Summit surge in the third quarter.

The Hilltoppers now return home to face AL Johnson January 24 at the Main Gym. Tip-off is set for 4 p.m.
