SUMMIT, NJ - Seton Hall graduate Benjamin Lindeman, Esq. has joined the expanding Real Estate and Land Use Teams at Avelino & Hartlaub, LLP.
In announcing the addition of Lindeman to the firm, Avelino & Hartlaub Partners A. Jude Avelino and Jeffrey Hartlaub noted that the firm’s Real Estate division handles -- at present -- more than 350 closings annually. The addition of Lindeman to the team will allow the firm to continue the growth of this practice area. Lindeman will also be representing clients in Land Use and Zoning applications, which are essential to so many of the firm’s clients for both residential and commercial properties.
The new Associate previously served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Mark P. Ciarrocca, J.S.C. of the Superior Court of New Jersey. He received his Juris Doctor in May 2016 from Seton Hall School of Law; he previously earned his Master of Arts in Education from Fairleigh Dickinson University and his Bachelor of Arts in history from Rutgers University.
“Ben is a key component within our growing Real Estate Team and the firm as whole; a true representation of our vision; to energize and capitalize on the entire local legal landscape, while successfully servicing our clients in all stages of their lives,” said Managing Partner A. Jude Avelino.
