SUMMIT, NJ - Berkshire Hathaway Home Services New Jersey Properties will reopen their Summit office as part of a public Open House event February 25 at 4:30 p.m.

The site, formerly Penzey's Spices, is located at 392 Springfield Avenue. The space will also showcase art works, with the first exhibit entitled, “Alen MacWeeney, Landscape Photography Exhibition.”

The building originally served as a flagship location of City Federal Savings Bank. Berkshire Hathaway Home Services New Jersey Properties retained several features of the original bank building, including the vault.

"It is exciting to welcome Berkshire Hathaway Home Services New Jersey Properties to its new home in downtown Summit," said Radest, mayor of Summit. “The new space is a vibrant and flexible addition to the other businesses and organizations along Springfield Avenue. I wish them continued success in their new location.”
