SUMMIT, NJ - Summit Board of Education Workshops and Regular Meetings will now be available remotely for those who are unable to attend in person.

There will two options for the public to become engaged.

Beginning on February 13, listeners at home can dial-in and listen to the meetings live.  While callers will not have the ability to speak, they can listen, in real time, to the discussions and presentations.

For the upcoming February 13 meeting, the dial-in number is  213 / 226.1066.  Use the ID code 162-050-619#.

Before each meeting, a new call-in number and an ID code will be posted on the district website located at

The meeting line will be live, beginning at 7:30 p.m.

The second option is to watch the meetings, replayed on Hilltopper TV.  The meetings will air, beginning on Tuesdays after each meeting, at 8 p.m. every night for one week.  Summit residents can tune in to Channel 28 on Verizon or Channel 964 on Comcast.  Summit High School students, in their new roles of student videographers, will record the meetings.

Due to the winter break, the February 13 meeting will air the week of February 24.
