SUMMIT, NJ - More than 45,000,000 Americans struggle just to put food on the table. Soup Kitchen 411, a newly-formed non-profit, is aiming to stamp out hunger because the organization and its supporters believe "the problem is 100% solvable."

Soup Kitchen 411 is a web-based portal containing a national directory of information and links with descriptive information for soup kitchens and food pantries. Their goal is to connect those willing to help with the front line hunger relief organizations in their communities.

To cook up awareness, and to raise funds for the organization, Soup Kitchen 411 is throwing a launch party -- dubbed a "Celebrity Chef Showdown" -- featuring Kevin Des Chenes and Jumoke Jackson, two celebrity chefs, October 6 at St. John's Lutheran Church in Summit,
