SUMMIT, NJ - A warm meal and good friends are, thankfully for most, something folks can count among life's blessings. For far too many, however, that is unfortunately not the case.

Members of Lois Schneider Realty's WMHgroup -- which includes Kara Thoms, Pam Hayes, Christine Murphy, Regina McAuley and Judy Watson -- recently gave back and got to experience first-hand the joy of giving, when they spent an evening with old friends and new making 60 quarts of soup for women and their families living in shelters.

The WMHgroup's Thoms, Hayes, Murphy and McAuley -- along with honorary member Patricia Thoms -- joined Soup Sisters and Broth Brothers of New Jersey on the evening of February 1st.

A Date with Destiny

Leslie. . . it would be the bomb . . .  if we could go to prom . . . together.

For the record, Leslie is my wife, and this is my openly public attempt at a promposal.

My twin high school seniors taught me about promposals, those cute, showy, and sometimes over-the-top ways of asking someone special to prom.  This year they have been on both the ...
