SUMMIT, NJ - Preschoolers at The Connection for Women and Families are off to Kindergarten after the students took center stage in their “Moving Up” Ceremony.

The 4-5 year olds, who will be moving up to Kindergarten in the fall, entered the ceremony in a traditional procession, then performed a song which they have been rehearsing in class.

The children were called up individually, where they each received their diploma as well as a superlative.  Family and friends in attendance were then treated to a dance performed by the students to "I Just Can’t Wait To Be King," and then enjoyed refreshments after the ceremony.

The Preschoolers spent the year working on letters, numbers and colors, but their favorite activity was show and tell, as the children loved sharing something from home with all their friends in class.
