In the early morning hours of Friday, March 19th, Summit police officers responded to Dunkin Donuts on Morris Avenue in Summit on the report of a burglary. The manager indicated that when he opened the business that morning, he found both cash register drawers had been forced open and $200 in startup cash had been removed. In addition, signs of forced entry through the rear door were noted.
Following an intensive investigation by the Summit Police Detective Bureau, the above suspect was identified, arrested, and charged with burglary and theft. Mr. Brady was remanded to the Union County Jail in default of $50,000.00 bail.
