SUMMIT, NJ - Five Summit individuals and groups are set to be honored at The 2015 Summit Good Scout Award Dinner, April 29 at The Grand Summit Hotel.

Point View Wealth Management President and Chief Investment Strategist David Dietze, Summit Police Department Lieutenant and Cub Scout Master Michael Cantone, Summit High School Theatre Arts and Forensics Director Anne Poyner, Congregation Ohr Shalom - Summit Jewish Community Center Rabbi Avi Friedman, and the Summit Volunteer First Aid Squad will each receive accolades.

“We are proud to honor Michael Cantone, David Dietze, Rabbi Avi Friedman, Anne Poyner, and the Summit Volunteer First Aid Squad for their outstanding service to Summit's community. Through their commitment and tireless efforts, these honorees have exemplified many of the Boy Scouts' ideals, contributing significantly toward making Summit an outstanding community," said Event Chairs Brian and Mary Ann Kaufman.
In Summit, 1284 Scouts -- in four Cub Scout Pack and one Boy Scout Troop and Venture Crew each -- are taught scouting values by 284 adult volunteers.
