Enroll Now in Summer Continuing Education Classes at Union County College

CRANFORD – The Office of Continuing Education at Union County College has posted the summer 2018 brochure online and registration is now open.  Classes are offered for adults as well as youth ages 11-18 and programs run from early June through the end of August.  The Continuing Education Department offers non-credit classes for professional development and career enhancement, leisure and personal enrichment, and a variety of youth programming to keep children active and engaged during the summer break.

Professional development classes offered this summer include the Professional Administrative Certification of Excellence (PACE) program, Certified Bookkeeper, Cisco Certified Networking Associate (CCNA), CompTIA Network +, EKG Technician, Human Resource Management, Microsoft Office Suite 2016 including Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Word, Personal Trainer National Certification, Pharmacy Technician, and Phlebotomy Technician. 

Leisure and personal enrichment classes include CPR/AED, Guitar I and II, Spanish I and II, Abdominal Core/Strengthening, and Zumba Toning.

Youth programs begin the week of June 25 and feature creative and innovative summer enrichment workshops for both boys and girls including App Attack!, Algebra Review, Better-Thinker, Better-Writer, Better-Grades, Chemical Wizardry, Code Breakers, Design your Own Comic Book, Fashion Sewing, Introduction to Musical Theater, Junior Physicians, Middle School Math Review, Photography Art Camp, Make Your First 3D Creation, Minecraft Animators, Python Programmers, Roblox Makers-Coders-Entrepreneurs!, STEM Challenges, The Writer Within: Creative Writing, Video Game Animation, Virtual Reality, and SAT Exam Prep classes.
