SUMMIT, NJ - exhale Spa is in the lead-off spot for a special "Fitness Biathlon to Beat Breast Cancer" on Thursday, Oct. 20.

Partnering with London-based women's activewear retailer Sweaty Betty, the day begins at 10:45 a.m. with one of exhale's award-winning Core Fusion Barre classes, before moving on to indoor cycling at Flywheel in Millburn at 12:45 p.m. Flywheel will also be the site of a post-Biathlon celebration beginning at 1:30 p.m.
