Fall Classes at The Connection Begin


The Fall Term at The Connection has begun but it is not too late to sign up for swim, gymnastics, STEAM, karate, dance and fitness classes! Programs for children and adults begin September 6 and run through November 13.

With over 20 new classes as well as proven favorites this Fall, The Connection offers a full array of programs for all ages and ability levels. To view the schedule of classes online, go to or call 908.273.4242.

New this fall, parents can take a break in their day with new 2-hour “Lunch Bunch” classes: Dance Lunch Bunch (Wednesdays, 12-2pm ages 3 -5) and Gym Lunch Bunch (Tuesdays, 12:15-2:15pm or Thursdays, 12-2pm ages 3-6). These 2 hour classes will be filled with dancing or gymnastics, sing-a-long songs, games, arts and crafts and FUN! In addition, children will bring a nut-free lunch to have with their classmates to enjoy while making friends.

Children can continue strengthening their summer swim skills all year long at The Connections indoor pool. Trained instructors provide swim lessons for children and adults of all swim abilities.

Continue learning beyond the school day in The Connection’s STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math) classes. These classes encourage thinking outside the box and make learning fun for all ages!

Adult membership for men and women includes unlimited use of the fitness center, pool and classes.  The fitness center is open over 100 hours per week for personal training or exercise on your own.  The pool offers lap swimming many times each day and swim lessons as well as exercise classes are available. Exercise classes include TRX Circuit, Total Body Kick, Yoga, Cuts and Core, Body Sculpt, Aqua Boot Camp, Pilates, Zumba and so much more.  In addition, you can bring your children for FREE child care as you work out!
