On May 8th NJ Transit Executive Director Steve Santoro testified in a budget hearing:
"Our scorecard surveys of customers continue and nearly eight of 10 say they would recommend NJ Transit to a friend or relative. This indicator is a good summary of overall satisfaction. In fact, customers who answered our most recent survey for the last quarter gave us the highest scores since the survey began six years ago."
Really?? That's not what commuters I'm hearing from are saying. It's time to fight back against New Jersey Transit"s mismanagement of your commute.
Sign my petition to tell our state leaders we want safe, reliable train service. Sign the petition, ask others to sign, and spread the word on social media. It's time to send a message to NJ Transit that we won't settle for the status quo:
I will personally ensure this petition is delivered to NJ Transit leadership.
Working together we can make Summit even better!
