SUMMIT, NJ - The 9th Annual SPARC Pancake Breakfast, benefiting the Summit Public Schools performing arts programs, will take place April 23, from 8 - 11:30 a.m. at Lawton C. Johnson Summit Middle School. The event is hosted by the Summit Performing Arts Resource Committee (SPARC), with tickets -- priced at $15 for adults, $10 for children and kids under three years of age eating free -- available at the door.

The family-friendly event will feature more than 20 prizes in the silent auction, as well as cash and student merchandise 50/50 raffles. Raffle prizes will include an Amazon Echo and four (4) tickets to see the Mets vs. Yankees at Citi Field on August 2. In addition to a delicious breakfast, attendees will enjoy vocal, STEP and speech and debate performances from Summit public school students. Kosher for Passover alternatives will also be available on the menu.
