Free Coffee at Boxwood Grand Opening in Downtown Summit Jan. 24

SUMMIT, NJ - Boxwood Coffee will be hosting its Grand Opening January 24 at 12 p.m. in Downtown Summit.

The independent, third-wave, artisanal coffee shop, located at 17 Beechwood Road, serves high-quality specialty food and drinks made by expertly trained and knowledgeable baristas.  All of their coffee beans are direct trade, and brewed with pride using a variety of different techniques. 
Boxwood has a wide selection of single note and hand prepared exotic blend loose leaf teas. They also offer a selection of made-fresh daily gourmet breakfast and lunch items, as well as some mouth-watering gluten and nut-free treats, all served in a warm and cozy space.

The Grand Opening event will include:

Free 8-ounce specialty-bean, freshly-brewed coffee from 12 - 2 p.m.
 
- Summit Mayor Ellen Dickson cutting the Red Ribbon at Noon.
 
African Drummers playing, opportunities for kids to join in the fun.
