Local band Night of the Living Funk lays down a groove at the Summit Transfer Station during the "Party at the Dump" event.
The City of Summit and the Summit Conservancy hosted the party to benefit the Summit Conservancy’s campaign to build a permanent home for the Summit Free Market initiative.
In addition to the live music, there were guided trail hikes along the Passaic River, a petting zoo with baby goats, and equipment displays from the Summit Fire Department, Summit Volunteer First Aid Squad, and Summit Department of Public Works.
