SUMMIT, NJ - "Happy" a documentary from Academy Award-nominated director Roko Belic, exploring the secrets behind the most-valued of emotions, will be shown November 20 at MONDO. The fourth entry in The Film Society of Summit's "Reel Health Series," the film begins at 8 p.m., and will be followed by discussion.

"Happy" combines powerful human stories from around the world with cutting-edge science to give audiences a deeper understanding of our happiness. The documentary looks into the history of happiness, how it differs from culture to culture, and what one can do on a regular basis to become happier, healthier, and more fulfilled in their everyday life. 
Roko Belic's directorial debut, "Genghis Blues" (1999), won the Sundance Audience Award, and was nominated for an Academy Award for best documentary feature.
