SUMMIT, NJ - Summit Garden Club members are busy this holiday season, bringing their green thumbs and floral beauty to the Hilltop City.
Club members assisted Reeves-Reed Arboretum with preparations for their December 3 Holiday House Tour, putting significant time and "woman power" into creating arrangements and wreaths and decorating the Wisner House.
On December 10, Summit Garden Club members will be decorating Overlook Hospital's Goryeb Children's Cancer Center for the holidays. Members will show up with glue guns, shears, floral wire and lots of holiday decorations and will get to work making the Center look festive and fun for the children.
This tradition was started last December, and the Club received rave reviews from the children, their families, and the Overlook staff.
