SUMMIT, NJ - Summit High School alums, and former Hilltopper Varsity Lacrosse Team stand-outs, Austin CarboneTyler Carbone, John Cordrey and Alex Salazar are participating with the Tufts Lacrosse Team to help raise money the Movember Foundation, a global charity committed to men living happier, healthier, longer lives.
Since 2003, millions have joined the men’s health movement, raising $650 million and funding more than 1,000 programs focusing on prostate cancer, testicular cancer, poor mental health, and physical inactivity.
"I know that everyone on our team knows someone that has been affected by these issues, so I think it is essential to raise awareness for this foundation," said Cordrey. "It is a bit of fun as well because only a few 'man children' can actually grow mustaches, so most of our attempts are rather pathetic."
