SUMMIT, NJ - Fancy a photo of your cherub with Father Christmas himself? No need to trek to the mall, as the big man in the red suit will be at Reeves-Reed Arboretum on December 7 and, as a double-bonus, he is bringing some cookies and cocoa with him.
Yes, a triple-dip of holiday joy is in the offing as Kringle will be available, from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m., for photos taken in the decked halls of the Arboretum's Wisner house by local shutter supremo Lisa Berkery. Note that the hour from 10 - 11 a.m. is reserved for Arboretum members and the general public is welcome from 11:30 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Portraits are $15 per pose for Arboretum members, $25 per pose for non-members.
After chatting up the North Pole's most-famous denizen, visitors can check out the one-of-a-kind holiday wreaths and table top decorations created by the Arboretum’s gardeners and volunteers -- just in time to deck a few halls of your own.
Reeves-Reed Arboretum is located at 165 Hobart Avenue.
