SUMMIT, NJ - Academic Adventures in America, a non-profit student exchange program based in Summit, is looking for host families for high school age students from France, Spain, Italy, and Germany for a program in Summit from July 8-28.

The student will have daily activities, including morning English conversation classes, followed by local afternoon activities, three full-day trips to New York City, a day at the beach, a visit to Princeton, and a three-day trip to Washington, D.C., including stops in Philadelphia and Baltimore.  Host family members are welcome on the excursions. It is possible to host for just a part of the time.  Host families need not have teen-aged children in their family.  All that is needed is a desire to share our culture with a student from another country.  For more information, please contact the Director of AAIA, Rose Jackson, at (908) 273-7156,  or by email at Rosejackson@att.net
