HTTV Provides Sneak Preview of Summit Wine & Food Festival

Want to get the scoop on the upcoming Summit Wine & Food Festival?  Tune into HomeTowne Television for a two part series that previews what’s planned for the annual festival for lovers of fine wine and gourmet food.  The TV series will be aired several times a week beginning in August and continuing up to the dates of the festival on September 9th, 10th and 11th. 

In Part 1 of the series, Paula Mooney hosts Ivan Ruiz, the Founder and Executive Director of the Summit Wine & Food Festival, for a lively discussion of food and wine pairings.  Four prominent chefs contribute their experience and creativity to the interchange.

In Part 2 of the series, co-host Janet Parmelee and Ivan discuss cuisine and beverages. A beer maven and a mixologist are on hand sharing their expertise.

01/01/2018 9:26 am     FD dispatched to a motor vehicle accident, car vs. pole in front of 196 GLENSIDE AVENUE.  On arrival occupant was out of the vehicle.  Summit EMS assumed patient contact. FD made notification to the power company to make repairs.  Summit PD remained on scene for traffic control and road closure until repairs were made.

2/1 - At 0955 hours a report was taken for a theft of a street sign. The unlawful incident occurred between an unknown time frame on Pine Grove Avenue. Value of the street sign was not immediately available at the time of the report.
