Introductions Are in Order

Charles Oppler, Chief Operating Officer, and Randy Lyn Ketive, Chief Executive Officer, of Prominent Properties Sotheby's International Realty.

Hello Summit!

We are about to make 'the Hilltop City' our next home and, like any good future neighbor would do, we thought we would introduce ourselves, our team, our company, and our mission.

As owners of Prominent Properties Sotheby's International Realty, we operate 12 -- and soon to be 13 --  Sotheby's offices with more than 600 real estate professionals throughout several New Jersey communities, including Ridgewood, Saddle River Tenafly and Montclair. Nearby, we also operate the Short Hills office, and have been waiting for the proper opportunity to enter the dynamic Summit market.

Sotheby's International Realty is an elite brand, with offices in 70 countries worldwide, and offers us an unparalleled level of professional services for our clients in the marketplace.

Locally, we closed more than 2,000 transactions in 2016 that generated $1.55 Billion in sales volume. RealTRENDS saw fit to designate us as having the #1 average sales price in all of New Jersey for the fifth consecutive year!

When we decided to open an office in Summit, we looked for someone to lead the office who exemplifies the highest levels of professionalism, has a documented track record of elite success in the real estate industry -- and, specifically in Summit -- and who lives and breathes the attributes that define Sotheby's culture, namely to deliver an experience to meet the real estate needs of our clients while constantly evolving to pro-actively address the needs of a changing consumer base and marketplace.

Oh, and for good measure, it would be amazing if this person was a Summit resident.

Fortunately for us, our future Summit agents, and the community as a whole, we found the perfect fit in Jacky Elliott, who has done all of the above -- and then some -- and somehow finds the time to be an awesome wife and mom of a Summit High School sophomore!

In addition to being charged with building our office and the business, Jacky will be exploring ways that we can make life even better for the Summit community by exploring and executing programs that give back to some of the incredible causes and initiatives that help make Summit such a special place.

Prominent Properties Sotheby's International Realty distinguishes itself from our competitors through our sales associates, and cutting-edge marketing tools that are the envy of other brokers. Our associates are seasoned professionals and widely respected within the industry. They will work diligently and tirelessly to meet your expectations and assist you in achieving your goals.

So, Summit, it is very nice to meet you!

Stay tuned. We are thrilled to soon be here, and look forward to serving you and the community.

All the Best,

Charles Oppler,
Chief Operating Officer

Randy Lyn Ketive,
Chief Executive Officer
