SUMMIT, NJ – Jefferson School will host its Fall Festival October 18, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.  The event will be filled with fall fun including music, pumpkin decorating, arts and crafts, games, and a variety of international food. 

The entire community is invited to participate in the annual tradition, which serves as a Jefferson School PTO fundraiser.  Admission is free, with a small charge for activities,.
 
“We are not deterred by the construction taking place at Jefferson. and planning on this year’s event being bigger and better than ever.  It’s a great family fun day, for all of Summit and nearby towns to enjoy,” said Ron Poles, Jefferson principal.

Fall Festival favorites and new activities will be offered, including: petting zoo, pony rides, photo booth, pumpkin patch, sand art, bounce house, dunk tank, cake walk, bake sale, soccer goal shoot-out, basketball and football throws, confetti eggs/cascarones, hair and face painting, bowling, a putting green, and more.

There will be an extensive collection of kid-themed baskets and other prizes raffled.

The fall festival takes place rain or shine.  Jefferson School is located at 110 Ashwood Avenue.
