SUMMIT, NJ - The Junior League of Summit (JLS) Thrift Shop will host its annual Coat Event on Oct. 24 from 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. The Coat Event features gently used men’s, women’s and children’s coats.
The event features coats of all styles, from casual, light fall jackets to snow parkas. Coat prices are typically 50 percent less than full retail cost, and the selection will be extensive with plenty of colors and choices for boys, girls and infants, with great buys under $15.
“We hope people will stop by and see our wonderful coat selection,” said Junior League of Summit President Colleen Markley. “We're providing shoppers an affordable way to keep their families warm this winter and, by supporting The Junior League of Summit Thrift Shop, you're supporting the local community. All of the Shop’s proceeds go directly back to the Junior League and are reinvested in the form of grants and funding for community projects.”
The JLS Thrift Shop is located at 37 DeForest Ave.
